Once approved, you’ll gain access to wholesale pricing, order history, and new collection updates.

Our trade accounts are open to independent pet retailers, gift shops, boutiques, and garden centres across the UK. We’re proud to support small businesses who share our love for quality, sustainability, and dogs!

Our minimum order value is kept low to help independents stock easily and flexibly. It is set at £150 pre vat, carriage paid. More details are visible in your trade account or Faire portal. We also offer no minimum reorders, perfect for topping up popular lines.

We typically ship wholesale orders within 2–4 working days from our UK central warehouse. Larger or custom orders may take a little longer, we’ll always keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes! Approved trade customers have access to our media library, including product photos, lifestyle images, and descriptions. You’re welcome to use these to promote Neerdog in your store and online.

Yes, we offer branded point-of-sale materials including header boards & Posters, as well as display stands to help retailers showcase Neerdog beautifully in-store. Ask our team (email: info@neerdog.com)when placing your order, and we’ll include them wherever possible.
