Returns
You've got your order but its not quite right? Sorry to hear that, here is what to do next...
We have a 14 day returns policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
If returning, please make sure your item(s) are unused, and in the same brand new condition that you received them. (They should have been tried on indoors to avoid items getting dirty)
If you're returning due to a sizing issue, please get in touch first as often we can help advise and this can be resolved without a return.

Exchanges
If you've ordered the wrong size, and want to exchange - don't worry! Get in touch returns@neerdog.com to let us know which size you would like to exchange for and post us back the wrong size. Once we receive the item back, we'll despatch the correct sized item. If there is a cost difference, we'll either refund you the difference or send you a invoice to pay the remaining balance.
Bundle Orders
If you have ordered from our bundles and decided you only want some of the items, we can partially refund you and deduct the bundle discount.
Damages and defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Payment
Refund payments will be made directly back onto your original payment method minus any postage costs.
TikTok Shop Orders
Please request the return directly through TikTok Shop before returning any items to us - this will allow us to refund you as soon as we receive the item back.
Bought from a stockist?
Please contact the store you bought the item from at first - if they are unable to help you, contact us with the details.
