Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales)
- Northern Ireland
At this time, we do not ship outside the UK and Northern Ireland.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If it is a busy time of year like Black Friday or Christmas please note despatch might be a little slower.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. Free standard delivery is available on orders £50+.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the package has left our warehouse.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, we cannot be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
